PinSpace has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We define a child or minor as any person under the age of 18. Our platform is for saving and sharing everyday content in collections, and we do not permit any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.

Prohibited content and behavior. The following are strictly prohibited, whether involving real, edited, illustrated, or AI-generated material:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including links to it hosted elsewhere;
- any content sexualizing minors, including sexualized commentary about or directed at a minor;
- grooming, sextortion, or the solicitation of sexual content from minors, including threats to share self-generated imagery;
- identifying or naming alleged victims of child sexual exploitation;
- promoting or normalizing sexual attraction to minors;
- any facilitation of trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of minors;
- any other content depicting abuse of children.

Violations result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination.

How we enforce. Users can report any post, collection, or invitation directly in the app ("Report"), and reports are reviewed by our moderation team, with child-safety reports prioritized ahead of all other moderation work. On supported devices, PinSpace additionally integrates Apple's on-device Sensitive Content Analysis: when the system feature is enabled, and always for child accounts enrolled in Apple's Communication Safety, images flagged as sensitive are blocked from upload before they leave the device. We preserve and report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities and child-protection organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and national equivalents where applicable.

If you encounter such content. Report it in-app or to us directly, and do not like, share, screenshot, or otherwise engage with it; engaging with such material can itself be illegal. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first. You can also report directly to NCMEC via their CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org).

Appeals. If you believe we removed your content or account in error, contact us at the address below.
